2 projects - A 19 storey at Brenton and South Park ,and a 21 storey Building proposed at the south side of the Brewery Market got the green light and have gone to pubic hearings . The demand for condos is becoming too much to keep up with. The influx of older retirement age canadians is just starting. Lets just hope the ratio of Doctors to Patients stays balanced!
