Having already survived a major drop in the market in Calgary/Edmonton these guys are not likely to plop their money down on a high end
home here unless they plan on working here. They will be sticking to condos , and rural properties. Places like the Annapolis Valley and Windsor
or Truro might be likely spots. Look at Saskatchewan ! Cheap homes are being snapped up at record pace. What makes you think that won't happen here?
