I am so glade that finally this ground breaking and building will take shape. What a fight it has been just to have the opportunity to break ground.  I think that its proposterist that the  developers had to wait as long as they did. They are fabulous looking buildings and hopefully will bring some of those south enders to their knees over the height. These buildings don't hurt nobody and have nothing to do with the Hill. Tourists are not up the Hill to look at the harbour they are visiting the barrocks. These buildings are just like planting a tree and it will live through our history showing its mark than and making one NOW!

Hi Paul,

I'd appreciate an email when pre-construction opportunities arise for this development (and for that matter any other condominium developments in the downtown and north end bordering the downtown).

Best Regards,

Tyler de Gier
