The Utility and Review Board has approved the Waterside Centre

 The proposed office tower finally got it's approval from the Utility and Review 

Board after the heritage advocates initially raised concerns regarding height.

It is proposed to be built on Lower Water st. near the Historic Properties.

It was amoung many projects held up by the HRM.
