This is great news for Nova Scotia! Along with the news of 1100 jobs at the RIM building in Bedford this just proof that we will come through this global resession with flying colors!
1st quarter stats are due out in a week or two. They should show strong growth in march - almost back to normal. From where I sit - I see a very strong 2nd quarter. Demand is high ,however the listings are off a bit so prices should remain stable for the next few months anyway.
