Could this be true! I have 2 or 3 news agencies reporting it.
1800 condos Nestled in amongst The huge development.
I have an unconfirmed report that Cosco will open May 13 / 2009 along
with Starbucks . Subway , wokbox , and Hampton Suites later in the month.
With a series of walking paths and a plethora of stores and amenities it might just
be another destination!
Tues/05/09 - Cosco will open May 13. The rest of the stores etc have opened - Although
I'm not sure if Hampton Suites Is "officially open" .
As far as the condos go - they are part of the Master Plan but not announced quite yet.
I spoke to A Glen Monroe Who is head of the whole shot and he did not know.

Centrally located with quick access to major arteries. 15 minutes to the airport
and just 5 minutes to the bridge leading to Halifax. Certainly it will be a hit to those
employees , particularly the older ones looking to retire and work part time seeking to live close by
