The Wedgewood Condominiums on Parkland Dr. is situated
lust up the hill from the Kearney Lake rd. A quick run will take
you to Tim"s in approximately .8 Km.
Traffic is virtually a non-event here. You can be at the airport from your Parking space in approx 20
mins. You can reach 2 distinct strip malls in under 10 Mins walking.
This mall is about half way to Bayer's Lake park
The Building is 5 years young and some of it's amenities include an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise
room. Heat and hot water included in the condo fees.
Not a bad buy at all - in fact it's a no brainer. As of May 6th there were 3 (one with an offer in) around
the 209,900 mark and one at $244,900 but it was much bigger. I would advise anyone that as a long
term investment - It's a beautiful building.
